Get Up and Go - What better way to start the week than to move and get fit with dance!
A class for those who want to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Our instructor, Viona, will take you through an aerobic warm-up, followed by fun easy steps that travel down the room. The class will finish with a cool down and stretches for the whole body. Come and enjoy keeping fit!
Exercise to Music - Staying fit in a safe and friendly environment as you move to a variety of music genres. A class to maintain tone, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to be worn, ie runners.
Meditation, Mindful Movement and Relaxation
Take some time out to relax your mind and body! In one hour, you will practise a seated meditation, gentle mindful balancing and stretching movements as well as mental and physical relaxation exercises. No previous experience is required.

Strength training helps to maintain bone density and good health.
Men and women of all ages attend mostly coming twice per week at a time that
suits them. Weights provided. Classes run 50 weeks a year. Medical clearance
