Exercise to music for older adults. Come along once or twice a week and enjoy the fun. $8 per class casual or $7 per class if paid at beginning of term. See class details below. (Held at the Blackburn North Bowling Club)
Mondays with Lisa
Zumba Gold - It's time to live golden! Move at your own pace. Zumba Gold introduces easy to follow moves for the active older adult with fun music that focuses on balance, range of motion and co-ordination at a lower intensity. Come prepared to have fun and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Thursdays with Viona
Staying fit in a safe and friendly environment as you move to a variety of music genres. A class to maintain tone, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to be worn, ie runners.
Meditation, Mindful Movement and Relaxation
Take some time out to relax your mind and body! In one hour you will have the opportunity to practice sitting meditation, gentle mindful balancing and stretching movements, and mental and physical relaxation exercises. No previous experience is required and you will leave refreshed with a range of techniques to calm and focus the mind and rest and restore the body.

9.15 - 10.10am or 10.15 - 11.10am
$7 per class
Strength training helps to maintain bone density and good health.
Men and women of all ages attend mostly coming twice per week at a time that
suits them. Weights provided. Classes run 50 weeks a year. Medical clearance

Thursdays during school term
The walks vary and it is a free program for all participants. Come and join us for a chat and some FREE exercise!
